Can I make changes/ cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. Please check your item and address details at checkout to ensure everything is correct.

You can initiate a return once receiving the items if needed.

How do I know you received my order?

After you place your order via our website, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once it has been processed. Once your order has been shipped we will send through a tracking link to your email so you can track your order up until delivery. Please also check your spam/ junk inbox.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please email us at hello@elidiswim.com.

Do you offer free shipping on all orders?

ELIDI offers free shipping on all orders within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping on International orders.

What is a pre-order item? Can I cancel my pre-order?

A pre-order item is one that you order before we physically have it in stock. You may cancel up until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, please email us at hello@elidiswim.com

Why have I not received my order yet?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email that contains your tracking information. Please ensure you check your spam/ junk inbox.

The delivery timeframes provided are in business days and do not include public holidays or weekends. Delays caused by international custom's processing are unfortunately out of our control and are not included in the delivery timeframe.

If you have not received your order and it has been a few business days past the expected delivery date please notify us at hello@elidiswim.com as soon as possible.

Where are my ELIDI SWIM products from?

Our products are designed in Sydney, Australia by our in house team. Our family run factory in PRC manufactures the swim wear pieces. We chose this factory due to their high ethical stance, great quality products and sustainability initiatives. You can see more about our manufacturing process here.

How do I care for my ELIDI SWIM bikini?

Caring for your new bestie is an absolute necessity to ensure its longevity. Follow the below instructions to make sure your bikinis last you for summers to come!

- Do not iron

- Do not soak. Hand wash & rinse in cold water

- Do not leave in direct sunlight. Lay flat in shade to dry

- Do not dry clean or wash in warm or hot water

- Do not wear your swimsuit in a spa/ jacuzzi. The hot water and chemicals may cause discolouration due to the delicate nature of the fabric.

PAYMENT

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as PayPal.

Which currency will my order be charged in?

All orders are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars). If you are located outside of Australia, the charge through your bank will be converted into your local currency. This will be based on your bank's daily conversion rate and is subject to change.

We are hoping to have the option to pay in alternative currencies soon!

How can I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase a gift card here. Simply select the gift card and the value you would like to load on to it, then add it to bag for the perfect gift!

Your gift card will be sent to you electronically via email!

How do I use a promo code/ gift card?

Simply enter the unique code at checkout and the amount will be deducted from your order. Enter the code in the promo code box before you select your payment option.

If the value of your gift card is more than the value of your order, the remaining amount will be available to use for future purchases.

Where do you ship from?

All items are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

If you are residing outside of Australia, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees based on your countries rules and regulations, that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that Elidi Swim does not hold responsibility for payment of these charges, nor do we have any control for any duties, customs, and taxes amount. We are unfortunately unable to advise you what the cost will be as these charges vary between countries.

How can I track my order?

As soon as package has been shipped you will receive a tracking link, and you can follow your bikini's journey all the way up until delivery!

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer express and standard shipping options on all orders. Head to our shipping page for delivery time frames.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard delivery on all orders within Australia. Unfortunately, we don't offer free shipping on international orders currently.
