We believe that finding the perfect fit is essential, especially when it comes to swimwear. We want you to absolutely adore your new Elidi Swim pieces and be 100% happy and confident with your purchase. We understand the difficulties of buying swimwear online, so if for any reason your purchase isn't perfect, you have 30 days to return it. Please see the full returns policy below! 

RETURNS

We want you to love your Elidi Swim pieces! If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

For a smooth return process, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to send your items back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and postage costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all swing tags attached, and in its original packaging.

NOTE: We've extended our usual 30 days returns period so you can shop with peace of mind in the lead up to Christmas. Purchases made between 1st November 2024 and 31st December 2024 can be returned up until 31st January 2025.

Purchases made from 2nd January 2025 onwards will have 30 days to return.

 

REFUNDS 

We’re happy to offer refunds on all items returned in acceptable condition. Once we receive your items, we’ll send you an email confirming that your refund has been processed.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 7 days for the funds to appear in your account.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

All duties and taxes (incl. VAT) are non-refundable on international orders. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.  

GIFT CARDS

All sales are final. Gift cards cannot be refunded. 

 

FAULTY/ DAMAGED ITEMS 

We take pride in the quality of our products, and while rare, if you receive a faulty item, please let us know right away. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll work to resolve the issue within two business days. If the item is confirmed to have a fault, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label to send it back for an exchange of the same item.

Please note that damage caused by accidents, regular wear and tear, or not following care instructions won’t be considered a fault, and we won’t be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange in these cases
